By accessing or using Talenkio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Talenkio provides AI-powered candidate analysis tools to help recruiters and hiring managers evaluate job applicants. Our Service includes:

• Resume and candidate profile analysis
• Job description matching
• Candidate scoring and recommendations
• Chrome browser extension for quick analysis

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

• Free: 3 candidate analyses
• Plus ($29/month): 100 candidate analyses per month
• Pro ($79/month): 500 candidate analyses per month, plus advanced history, comparison, and reports

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy)

5. Usage Limits and Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Exceed your plan's monthly analysis limits
• Share your account with others
• Use the Service for illegal or discriminatory purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Talenkio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of candidate data you submit
• Our Content: Analysis results, UI, and algorithms belong to Talenkio
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Important: Our AI-powered analysis is a tool to assist decision-making, not replace human judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis. You are solely responsible for all hiring decisions made using our Service.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENKIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Us: Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to any disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
